How you can help.

  • Clothing & Goods

    We have client needs/wants and house needs/wants. Because we receive lots of questions about clothing and furniture donations, please call us to inquire about our needs before dropping off. We accept like-new clothing, supplies and some toys (e.g. board games, books, legos).

  • Host an Event

    This is great for a family, group of friends or corporate teams. Rally together your friends, family and coworkers to volunteer or host a drive for the needs of foster youth, a specific program or our houses. Hosting a donation drive looks different for everyone. You can help by collecting: -monetary donations -new clothing -gift cards -school supplies

  • Matching Gifts

    To increase the value of your gift, take advantage of your employer's matching gift program.

  • Planned Giving

    You may designate Peacock Acres as a beneficiary in your will or life insurance policy. Please consider Community Foundation for Monterey County for various planned giving options.


We recognize how important it is for donors to see their contributions being used wisely. We strive to use every dollar raised directly for client support and growth. We also contribute monetary donations for general operating expenses, which makes providing quality service to our residents possible. General operating expenses might include rent, utilities, salaries, trainings, volunteer certification and transportation maintenance.
